  1. Payment Terms: all orders are payable in advance net/net..
    Delivery Terms : unless otherwise specified, parity of all shipments is FCA Vienna
    Validity of Proforma Invoices : 14 days
  2. As long as prices are not re-confirmed, they are subject to change without notice.
  3. Change orders may be subject to a service charge.
  4. Any order, or portion of an order that is canceled may be subject to a cancellation
    charge to be determined solely at the discretion of VIENNA TRADING.
  5. The minimum value for all purchase orders is $ 400.00
  6. All cancellations and reschedules require a minimum of sixty (60) days prior written notice for standard product; seventyfive (75) days notice for configurable product and ninety (90) days for custom designed products commencing the day the notice is received in writing, at VIENNA TRADING .
  7. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge for work in process and a billback charge to reflect the quantity actually shipped solely at the discretion of VIENNA TRADING
  8. Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from VIENNA TRADING prior to the return of any product for the customer. VIENNA TRADING reserves the right to verify the discrepancy prior to return of any material.
  9. Configurable products are not returnable. This includes but is not limited to FlatPACs, ComPACS, MegaPACS, Mega and Master modules.
  10. Failure Analyses – VIENNA TRADING reserves the right to simply verify the failure at the module or subassembly level. If a Destructive Physical Analysis is requested, a $250.00 per unit charge will be assessed.
  11. Due to the VICOR/WESTCOR policy also VIENNA TRADING reserves the right to
    upgrade and ship:
    1) "I"/Industrial grade modules in lieu of "C"/Commercial grades.
  12. Due to our general policy VIENNA TRADING does not recommend the use of all our components in life support applications wherein a failure or malfunction of the component may directly threaten life or injury. The user of all our components in life support applications assumes all risks of such use and indemnifies VIENNA TRADING against all damages.
  13. Legal venue : Commercial Court of Vienna
