Glassman FL Series - ‘Fully Floating 1.5kVdc Power Supply’

The new FL series from Glassman Europe Ltd, is available in four different voltage/current combinations with ‘fully floating’ outputs of up to 1500Vdc, which we believe to be unique within the industry.

Standard operating features include, Automatic crossover between constant voltage and constant current control, protecting against arcs, overloads and short circuits. Selectable constant current or current trip facility, allows for flexibility with sensitive loads.

Models are available with output voltages from 0-750Vdc to 0-1500Vdc, each producing 1.5kW from within a 1U rack mountable chassis and benefiting from a combination of high performance, small size and light weight. Up to 4 units can be connected in parallel with active current sharing, to produce 6kW of continuous output power. Each unit can be mounted directly on top of another without a space in between, thereby creating more rack space for other vital components required within a system.

The universal input voltage range (90Vac – 264Vac) with active power factor correction, ensures a global capability without the need for a voltage selector switch or connection changes.

Standard Internal programming facilities include RS232, RS485 and USB communications together with a 0-5Vdc or 0-10Vdc selectable analogue programming/monitoring interface.

The FL series is fully CE compliant and includes the standard Glassman 3 Year parts and labour Warranty.
